계정이 꼭 있어야 하나요?
아니요. 학습과 게임은 계정 없이 모두 쓸 수 있고, 진도는 기기에 저장돼요. 주간 랭킹에 참여할 때만 이름표(계정)가 필요해요.
아이디(닉네임)나 비밀번호를 잊었어요.
가입할 때 부모님 이메일을 넣었다면 그 이메일로도 로그인할 수 있어요. 그래도 안 되면 위 이메일로 닉네임을 알려 주세요.
비밀번호를 바꾸고 싶어요.
화면 오른쪽 위의 내 캐릭터를 누르고 비밀번호 바꾸기를 선택하세요.
계정을 지우고 싶어요.
오른쪽 위의 내 캐릭터 → 계정 삭제에서 바로 지울 수 있어요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침의 계정 삭제 안내를 봐 주세요.
기기를 바꾸면 학습 기록은요?
내 정보 → 설정 → 학습 기록 백업으로 파일을 만든 뒤 새 기기에서 불러오면 돼요.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Every lesson and game works without one, and progress is saved on the device. A name tag (account) is only needed to join the weekly ranking.
I forgot my ID (nickname) or password.
If a parent's email was added at sign-up, you can sign in with that email too. Otherwise, email us your nickname.
How do I change my password?
Tap your character in the top-right corner and choose Change password.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your character in the top-right corner → Delete account. See account deletion in the privacy policy for details.
What happens to my progress on a new device?
Create a backup under Profile → Settings → Journey Backup and restore it on the new device.
